Midlife Transition

Something needs
to change.

You do not need to be in crisis to know that something needs to shift. It may be your health. It may be your relationship with your body, your work, your purpose, your way of being in the world. Whatever it is — you have arrived at a threshold. HOME is a place to cross it consciously.

The offer

A before and after.
Genuinely felt.

The midlife transition stay at HOME is built around a single promise: you will feel the difference. Not as a vague aspiration but as a concrete, embodied experience — a glow of renewal that you carry back into your life and that everyone around you will notice.

The transformation operates across every dimension simultaneously — body, mind, and spirit — because these are not separate domains. Health of body cannot be sustained without health of spirit. Psychological renewal cannot last without physical foundation. HOME works with all of it, all at once, through the simple power of immersive community life.

This is not a programme with modules and outcomes. It is a living environment that does its work on you — through the food, the rhythm, the land, the ceremony, the conversations, and the particular quality of being fully seen by people who are paying attention.

The domains of transformation

Body, mind, and spirit — inseparable.

The body
GAPS-inspired nutrition, bone broths, fermented foods, seasonal produce. Movement — daily, joyful, unsystematic. Dawn sun gazing, barefoot on the earth. The sauna and the cold plunge. Sleep regulated by natural light and genuine tiredness. The body returned to its own intelligence.
The gut
The kitchen at HOME is designed around the understanding that gut health is the foundation of everything else — mood, immunity, energy, clarity. Fermented foods, bone broths, and the removal of what depletes, replaced by what genuinely nourishes.
The mind
Daily meditation. The Into the Wow ceremony. Genuine conversation — with remarkable people, around real fires, without the distraction of screens. The particular clarity that comes from physical work, creative engagement, and being present in a place of beauty.
The spirit
Ceremony, ritual, music, dance, and the daily practice of reverence for the mystery of life. Not as a module — as the atmosphere of the place. HOME is unapologetically spiritual. Its spirituality asks nothing of you except presence. That is always enough.
Health transitions
For those seeking a more intensive health reset, the health team offers guidance on nutritional transition, and the fasting space is available for those who wish to use the profound clarifying power of an empty stomach as part of their renewal. Always supported. Never alone.
Creativity
Access to the full range of studios — music, visual art, textiles, ceramics, wood, metal. Time to make things with your hands. The Artist in Residence offering a weekly window into what a life devoted to creative practice looks and feels like. Many people discover at HOME a creative life they did not know they had.
Arrival and departure

Nobody arrives unwitnessed. Nobody leaves unmarked.

Every person who comes to HOME is welcomed with a ceremony — a formal, warm, and genuinely felt acknowledgement of the threshold they are crossing. Whatever brought you here, your arrival is treated as significant. Because it is.

And when the time comes to leave, there is a departure ceremony too — a moment of reflection, gratitude, and marking. You will leave knowing that something has changed. The ceremony makes that change conscious, and carries it with you back into the world.

The threshold

Arrival and departure as ceremony.

Your stay at HOME begins with a formal arrival — a ceremony that marks the threshold you are crossing. The person who arrives and the person who leaves are not the same. The ceremony makes that change conscious. It gives it weight. It makes it real.

When you leave, there is a departure ceremony — a moment of reflection, gratitude, and intention-setting for the life you are returning to. You will leave knowing what changed. You will carry the glow of renewal back into the world. That is not a promise. It is what everyone who comes to HOME experiences.

Length of stay

A full moon cycle.
At minimum.

Come for as long as you can afford. But we strongly recommend a stay of at least one full moon cycle — twenty-eight to thirty days. This is not an arbitrary recommendation. It reflects the biology of genuine change.

Every cell in the human body is renewed within the course of thirty days. A month of good nutrition, daily movement, clean air, ceremony, and genuine rest gives the body the conditions it needs to complete that renewal at its deepest level. Many nutritional and physiological issues that resist change over years will begin to shift measurably within a single moon cycle, given the right environment. HOME provides that environment.

Ideally, guests arrive and depart on the new moon — entering in darkness, leaving in the growing light. This is not merely poetic. The lunar cycle has governed human biology for as long as there have been human beings. Aligning a period of intentional transformation with it deepens the experience in ways that are difficult to explain and easy to feel.

The moon cycle stay — pricing

A full moon cycle stay (28–30 days) including accommodation, all meals, full community access, and health team support is priced on a sliding scale reflecting the guest's means and the level of individual health support required.

£800/month — accessible rate for those for whom cost is a genuine barrier.

£1,200/month — the community rate. What most guests contribute.

£2,000/month — for those who wish to contribute more generously and support the community's wider work.

Shorter stays are possible. Longer stays — two or three moon cycles — are welcomed and often more transformative. All pricing is discussed openly and honestly.
